The hotel is very friendly. Rooms are so clean especially the sheets and towels. Heating and cooling is very efficient. Safe. Close to a lot of things. Service is fast and friendly. Quiet. Rooms has windows with double glass for quietness.

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed and awesome to have an actually stocked mini fridge. The breakfast buffet was good and varied and the coffee at breakfast always pretty good. Staff at reception were friendly. Would have been nice to have an iron in the room.
Great service. Check in and check out are smooth and quick. Service is nice and efficient. They try to make you at home from the beginning. Location is good. Easy ride to the train station and the airport.
The hotel is very well located. The bedroom had all we needed. All the good NH standards. Large and comfortable bed. Silly small detail that usually bears correlation with a hotel being good- real hangers with a hook are supplied. Superior rooms have a nespresso machine. I usually ask about location of the room to avoid those whose window is facing the Breton de los Herreros street.
Fine hotel, beautiful and quiet room. Simple, but with all comforts. Breakfast was good, combining the typical continental breakfast with a few spanish very authentic breakfast dishes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I've been in Madrid a number of times and only recently stayed here. This was my second visit though. The location is fantastic in a quiet but well catered for neighborhood. Rooms are a very good size by European standards and modern.
