Train: You can take the train ICE 515 from the airport Frankfurt for the central station "Mannheim Hauptbahnhof". From there take the S5 to get to the station "Tivoli". The hotel can be reached in a walking distance from less than 5 minutes. It's a 70 minutes trip. From the train station

From Tivoli Station: Exit the station and turn right for the street "Mannheimer Straße". From there turn right again for the street "Robert-Schumann Straße". Finally please turn left for the "Bürgermeister Neff Straße". The hotel is located on the right.
