Very nice hotel. Comfortable, excellent Food and service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well situated hotel close to the centre of Marbella and approximately at 300 meters away from the nearest beach.
From check in to checking out, a great hotel experience, staff all great, breakfast was delicious and nothing too much trouble! Rooms a good size and cleaned impeccably, ironing was also superbly done!
On the whole this is an excellent hotel. Rooms are quiet, well air conditioned with excellent cleanliness standards. The room furnishings are a little tired and the wooden floors a bit scratched, but beds are super comfortable. Breakfast buffet is excellent with the best fresh orange juice. Pool and gardens are well maintained and there is plenty of room to relax, pool bar is also good. The main hotel bar is a bit of an afterthought though, like sitting in a brightly lit corridor with zero atmosphere, we are both in our sixties and like to have a last drink in a hotel bar before turning in but not when staying here. Bar prices are very reasonable but it just lacks an atmosphere!
i always stay on business here and it is great value for money and the staff are friendly plus the internet is good and location perfect ..the food service is also good but needs to be more information on drinks and snacks when you enter reception
Decent price hotel in Marbella. Nice location and walking distance to Banus and old town. Only negative issue was that while checking out and waiting for the taxi my sunglasses got stolen from reception lobby. I know I should’ve been more careful, but at least they could’ve checked the cameras immediatly. They didn’t and I was a bit dissapointed.
Wish if there was cooler airconditions The room was hot I stayed two tines in same hotel in summer and winter the cooling was a big issue for my family its hot even in summer must solve the problem
