How to arrive to NH Oviedo Principado

From the airport

The Oviedo Airport is located 47 km from the city and there are two ways to get to the NH Principado hotel. You can catch a taxi right at the airprot or take a bus run by the company Alsa, which will drop you off at the Oviedo bus station (1 kilometer from the hotel).

From the bus station, you can take a short taxi ride or walk to the hotel. On foot, head southeast to the Plaza del General Primo de Rivera and go up the street Fray Ceferino. After 140 meters, turn onto Nueve de Mayo. Take the third street on your right, which is Calle San Bernabé, and cross to the end of Palacio Valdés. Continue 270 meters to the Plaza de la Escandalera and take a left onto Calle San Francisco, where you will find the hotel.

It's also possible to pick up a rental car directly at the airportl if you want to go further afield and explore during your visit to Oviedo.

From the train station

When you arrive at the train station in Oviedo you'll find it easy to catch a taxi right outside of the station.

If you prefer to walk, you'll find that it's only a short journey (900 meters) on foot. Head north along on Calle Uria. At the end of this street, you will the Plaza de la Escandalera. Turn left onto Calle San Francisco, where the hotel is located.

By car

From the North:

Approaching Oviedo from the north along the A66, take Exit 25, then the second exit from Cruz Roja Place onto Calle Victor Chávarri. You can then drive straight until you reach Plaza Carbayón, where you should turn left onto Calle Argüelles. Take the first street on the right, then right again onto Calle San Francisco, and you will find yourself in front of the NH Principado.

From the South:

If you are driving into Oviedo from the south along the A66, take Exit 32A, then proceed on Avenida León. At the roundabout at Plaza Castilla, you should take the second exit. Drive straight ahead on Calle Calvo Sotelo towards the city center until you reach Plaza Escandalera. At Plaza Escandalera turn right onto Calle Argüelles, take the first right and then turn right again onto Calle San Francisco, and you will find yourself in front of the NH Principado.
