Good location for old town and also taking the train with the station 15 minute walk. Hotel ran very efficiently and always immaculate in public areas. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lack of storage/floor space for luggage. If staying more than a few days worth getting a room with a balcony for suitcases. Otherwise you will be tripping over them
We enjoyed our stay at the NH Palermo.It was well situated for accessing all the sites.The staff were very friendly.The only down side was the stains on carpets outside the room and marks on a wall inside the room.
Very Nice Rooms, and good Service. Great Buet Breakfast. Convenient situated at the Sea side, near the Harbor, and close to Town. The best Galateria just round the corner, as well as few small Restaurants just behind and next door. Great Pool Area with tall Palmtrees.
The location is fantastic, facing the sea. The service is ok. But if they can renew the tissue, and supply a bottle of water without me asking for it every day, it would be great. The breakfast is good.
Good location was nice, but service could have been better. It was difficult to get iron. The bathroom was not fixed and kept leaking throughout my stay. The toilet was also not cleaned properly.
Average hotel. Was a bit far away from the city center. Breakfast was horrible. Cold and super dry. Super noisy pool area and the pool water was not clear. Very strange. We had a room where workers were taking apart the panels to install new ones so it was a bit annoying to hear them hammering in the hallway. Not very relaxing. We only chose it because the hotel had a pool. Rooms were nice and clean though. Great bed.
The hotel is an old hotel with very tired infrastructure and rooms not very clean, breakfast is a very unorganised and many items not replaced in a timely fashion. The reception staff are friendly and speak good English and probably the only positive of this hotel.
