From the airport

Train: The train from the airport to Sants Estació (train station) runs every 30 minutes. The station is a five-minute walk from the hotel. . If you are in the city for a few days buy a T-10, Multi-person card for 10 journeys, (€9.95). It works on the metro too.
Taxi: The drive is approximately 10 kilometers. Follow signs to Barcelona/Ronda de Dalt, take exit 11 toward Diagonal, and follow B-23 to Avenida Diagonal before turning right on Numancia Street. Taxi fare is 20 to 25 Euros.
Bus: A bus from the airport to Sants Estació runs every 20 minutes.

From the train station

From Sants Station: Cross the street and continue to Carrer de Numancia. Turn left and proceed on Numancia Street to Number 72 - 74, which will be on your right.
Closest metro station: Sants Estació.
If you're in the city for a few days buy a T-10, Multi-person card for 10 journeys, (€10.20). It's cheaper than buying singles.
