We like our room which is spacious & clean. The mattress is not hard for us. Rain shower is great. Reception staff are all very friendly with smile. You can arrange late check-out till 1pm. Breakfast buffet has good choices with cooked eggs of your choice brought to you. The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes to Setas or Cathedral, walking through some narrow alleys, which for fine for us except on a rainy day. The area is relatively safe, though we saw some strange characters. Unfortunately, construction work going on in front of the hotel makes noises starting 8:15. Close to bus station is convenient for us to go to Malaga. We had no problems with the cleaning lady as some travelers have complained.
Beautiful modern hotel, close to everything. Has a roof top pool which was ideal after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast, rooms, staff all lovely. Would highly recommend.
This hotel was in a great location and the room was very nice. Sevilla is an amazing city. I would definitely return and stay that this property.
The hotel has all the facilities needed for a restful stay in Seville. Close to the bus terminal for airport transfers, a large, modern supermarket nearby, a rooftop bar and swimming pool and attractive restaurant. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of cereals, fruits, meats, cheeses and pastries.
The Plaza de Armas is well placed for access to Seville Old Town, riverside walk and the Triana neighbourhood. All an easy walk, or if you preferred to take a taxi there was always (in our experience) Taxis waiting for fares on the rank outside the main entrance, Staff were friendly and professional. Easy and convenient parking available in a public car park under the hotel. Valet parking would have been appreciated especially as I am partially disabled. Although you do not expect a City Centre hotel to be quiet and peaceful, it can be noisy with street cleaning and bins being emptied at five in the morning. We also experienced some rowdy behaviour in the street outside our window in the small hours around 4 am
