Stylish hotel

Great size room, very pleasant and friendly staff and a breakfast experience to write home about. Nice touch by the chef who walked the breakfast room with handmade offerings. Ideally located for the station and the bars and restaurants in the town.

great location

location is awesome! staff is very friendly. having the wednesday mercato for some shopping was really cool. and you can walk everywere from there. one of my sons is disables on a wheelchair and they accomodated very well.

Convenient location and friendly staff

The NH is conveniently located across from the bus station and is very close to the shops and restaurants in the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast has a variety of options. You are unable to control the temperature of the a/c from the room but when we called the front desk, they adjusted it to a comfortable temperature for us. Ludwigo, the front desk manager, was extremely helpful with reserving the same upgraded room we had during a previously trip and he also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We have already planned to return to the NH Siena next year!
