It is possible to meet special requests and use other areas of the Hotel into breakout rooms or use the comfortable lobby as a work area.
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, excellently located right near the centre of Sintra with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The breakfast was wonderful, although pricey, but there was so much to choose from and all delicious. But the customer service was absolutely exceptional. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, an absolute delight.
Best location in Sintra. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Bar and restaurant with good options. Terrific views over valley. Large rooms. Property is clean, excellent linen, but rooms can benefit from some updating. AC can be more efficient. Good wifi. Overall very good value.
We stayed at this hotel because we had a rental car and the parking situation in the historic centre was very confusing. this hotel offered parking. However, the instructions from the hotel about how to find the hotel were not very clear. The hotel is located in a restricted area for cars. The hotel is old and tired. It needs a design upgrade.
