This hotel is a great base to see the lovely town of Santa Cruz. It's also easy to get the tram to La Laguna just up the road. It's easy to enjoy the little side streets around the hotel because it's in a pedestrian precinct. The hotel staff are friendly and everything just works, so you don't have to think about it and can get on with enjoying your holiday or work visit.
