Choice is something you’ll have plenty of at our breakfast buffet. We have hot and cold dishes, plus our specialty toast with tomato and oregano.
Lunch and dinner, meanwhile, offers up Mediterranean and Spanish dishes, including our irresistible Valencian paella and fideuá.
More food options are available at our bar-café, which serves a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. Create your personalized vitamin packed juice, smoothie or milkshake in our Fresh Corner. Choose your favorite fruits, juices or toppings, place them in a container and give it to one of our waiters who will prepare it for you straightaway. You can also request hot dishes made to order. If you are an early riser or have to leave before the buffet opens, ask reception about the availability of an earlybird breakfast.

After working out in the gym or swimming in the pool, maybe you want to sit quietly with a cold drink on our terrace and take in the views of the city. Likewise, you can enjoy our terrace menu with the most appetizing dishes in a unique and privileged enclave.
From July 1, the Terrace Bar remains open from 12:00 to 23:00.
If you wish to be attended to, before 12:00 noon, there is a telephone at the terrace bar which, by dialing 69301, after a few seconds of waiting, will be answered by restaurant staff.

Our bar-café is next to the lobby and stays open from late morning till late at night every day.
