Stayed there during the Las Fallas festival. Nice room, helpful staff (lots of Las Fallas guidance), and quiet even with the multitudinous loud explosions that are a nonstop part of the festival! Book early for Las Fallas since the whole city runs short of rooms—and prices double.
This hotel is excellent, staff is friendly and efficient and it is within easy reach/walking distance from the town center (old town), walking along the Turia gardens. Food is delicious, drink plentiful and excellent value.
Personnels are very polite and ready to satisfy client's requests. All the guys at the reception (in particular Hernando) and the personnels in the restaurant are very friendly and human. No words are enough to describe how they have always welcome me well during my days in NH center Valencia. It seems being in a family.
Great hotel in prime location to visit Tower Quarter, staff very helpful and friendly, great facilities especially the rooftop terrace with pool,sauna and gym ,lovely bar and a couple of cafe's beside the hotel.
We spent a few days in Valencia in this modern hotel, very well positioned near the city centre, the mall and the main park, Turia. The staff was really kind and ready to assist us with our needs. In particular we appreciated the travel cot and the bathing kit for our newborn baby. We also appreciated the room cleanliness. Absolutely recommended.
I was traveling solo and the staff was very friendly , always attentive and kind.location is excellent near Mall and in front of the Turia garden which is superb.Buses are all around .The hotel is in an exelent shape and clean.Breakfast ibas all what you wish for all time of taste.Rooms has a very confortable size .overall I will no doubt to return to this hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at this NH hotel a lot, we had great facilities, overall very clean, staff was nice, especially one cleaner who was very happy in the mornings. It was convenient that we could lock our trolleys at the hotel and the airco was our lifesaver during these hot days.
My 2 week Business stay was very agreeable, due to the location and excellent breakfast selections. Very friendly hotel staff. It is close to the Metro, and also in walking distance to the old town. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace and open air Pool with Bar Service. I was lucky to have a room in a top floor with sunrise experience every day.
