Clean, comfortable and adequately sized. Just steps from the train station and the water bus which we used to get around the city.
The hotel was within walking distance of the rail station, various restaurants, various shopping opportunities. Staff were most helpful, explained where and how to get to attractions. Max, who helped solve a crisis, was especially helpful.
Great location, all basic needs right outside the front steps, Cafes, supermarket, Gelato, Pizza, water is, train station a few 100 yards away. Room spacious, comfortable bed and bedding. Staff extremely accommodating!
Un gradito ritorno a Venezia per trascorrere un we lungo da giovedì a domenica alloggiando all’NH S.Lucia: il mio riferimento che si riconferma eccellente per posizione, accoglienza e comfort. Camera pulita e confortevole, personale disponibile alle esigenze del cliente. Davvero un piacere ritornare ogni volta.
L'hotel era bellissimo, in un'ottima posizione, così come il personale. Ci hanno gentilmente permesso di tenere i bagagli prima del check-in. Anche la colazione era molto ricca e il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour un court séjour, très pratique pour se déplacer sur toutes les parties de Venise. L'établissement est propre et bien tenu. Le personnel est toujours aimable, souriant et efficace, merci particulièrement à Valentina et Andrea au front desk qui ont été attentionnés tout le weekend. Je recommande !
