The staff here are wonderful. Very welcoming and helpful. The public areas are very nice but the rooms, and particularly the bathrooms, could do with updating. When we got to our room there was a horrible smell in our bathroom, which did not go away. We reported it and we were moved to another room straight away, which was much better. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice. When it's busy there is a long queue for the coffee machine, though. We stayed here because we were attending a meeting at the race circuit and it's so convenient for that. I assume the rates were higher because of the event and I have to say, the hotel does not justify the rate we paid. But it's the same with any accommodation the world over, when there is a special event. You just have to grin and bear it!
We went there for the holidays. Just one day for my wife and myself. Walk on the beach and a nice diner. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The room was clean and the beds slept wel. We had a good time.
