Good day, We already knew the NHOW hotel. We visited as couple Frankfurt NHOW in August 2024. As expected the service level is on top niveau. The staff is well trained and giving you a warm feeling. The roon was clean beside,1 place, the staff is aware what i meant. They are open to listen to suggestions as the roon was a bit dark with all Lights on. It would be great if your hotel can add some options that color lights will be available soon. We enjoyed the privat Sauna and the massage chair. What you could change for the future is to build in a steam roon as well. Known as turkisch steam bath. The rooftop bar was fun. The one in Frankfurt is higher as it is on the top of the hotel. We did not use the gym unfortunally. Elevator are going fast up and down. Keep up the good work and see you in the future. Melissa Chan.
The checkin clerk was exceptional. Guusije was extremely friendly and gave us suggestions where we could eat. The room was spacious, ckean and with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were also large. We ate in the Gastrobar on the 7th floor. Our server, Muhammed, was really friendly and helpful with drinks anf food choice. The buffet breakfast was extensive and varied, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definately stay at the Nhow again.
The room with skyline view has the best view of the Erasmus tower and the city. Room was clean and spacious, the front desk staffs are super nice too. Will definitely come again
Short break in Rotterdam, this hotel was in an excellent location and the parking in the same building was brilliant - biggest spaces I have ever seen 😊. Picked a sunrise view room which was on the 18th floor and very quiet, all the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was first class - best scrambled eggs ever. Hotel was handy for water taxi and for walking into the city.
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel for business. It’s well appointed with nice rooms. Breakfast also good. Only negative is that the hotel bar / restaurant closes early.
Worked out fine at hotel - minimalist but that was fine. Comfortable bed and quiet. Loved the self service cafe in the lobby - really handy.
