  • Information, reservations, and cancellations on phone 91 398 44 37, from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 09:00pm or on weekends between the hours of 08:00am - 05:00pm.
  • SUMA miles are not refundable in case or cancellation or no-show.

CONDITIONS FOR EARNING MILES IN NH HOTEL GROUP PROPERTIES

  • The Suma cardholders must identify themselves at the front desk in order to earn miles.
  • Miles will only be granted for Official and Corporate Rates (Group, Tour Operation, crew, reduced, promotional rates and reservations made via online travel agencies are excluded from the program).
  • Miles will be credited per nights stay at NH Hotels included in the Air Europa program, and only to the Suma cardholder, who uses the room according to the hotel register.
  • You will have six months to regularize your account.
  • In order to register a complaint or request miles crediting, please contact our Loyalty Program Customer Care Department, at +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 09:00pm, on weekends between the hours of 08:00am - 05:00pm, or via email at loyalty@nh-hotels.com.
