• X3 Avios applicable on December 2024 stays, every day of the week at Collection, nhow, Anantara, Avani, NH Hotels and Tivoli Hotels included in the promotion.

• Avios are awarded during the checkout per night, just to the Iberia Plus cardholder for Official and Corporate Rates (reduced, pre-paid or promotional rates are excluded, as well as bookings made through on-line travel agencies).

• Valid for Bookings through the website www.nh-hotels.com or Central Reservations Office only in participating hotels (see attached list). Information and reservations at +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

CONDITIONS FOR EARNING AVIOS IN NH HOTEL GROUP PROPERTIES

• The Iberia Plus members must identify themselves at the front desk in order to earn Avios.
  
• Avios will only be granted for Official and Corporate Rates (Group, Tour Operation, crew, reduced, promotional rates and reservations made via online travel agencies are excluded from the program).
  
• Avios will be credited, per night at NH Hotel Group properties that are included in the Iberia Plus Program, and ONLY to the card holder who uses the room, according to the hotel register.
  
• You will have six months to regularize your account.
  
• In order to register a complaint or request credits, please contact our Loyalty Program Customer Care Department exclusively, on +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 09:00pm, on weekends between the hours of 08:00am - 05:00pm, or via email at loyalty@nh-hotels.com.
