CONDITIONS FOR EARNING MILLEMIGLIA POINTS IN NH HOTEL GROUP PROPERTIES

  • The MilleMiglia Club must identify themselves at the front desk in order to earn MilleMiglia points and additional benefits.
  • Miles will only be granted for Official and Corporate Rates (Group, Tour Operation, crew, reduced, promotional rates and reservations made via online travel agencies are excluded from the program).
  • Miles will be given, per night at NH Hotel Group properties that are included in the MilleMiglia Program, and ONLY to the card holder who uses the room, according to the hotel register.
  • You will have six months to regularize your account.
  • In order to register a complaint or request credits, please contact our Loyalty Program Customer Care Department, at +34 91 398 44 37 from Monday - Friday 09:00am - 06:00pm, or via email at loyalty@nh-hotels.com.
