The beaches in Valencia are pure luxury in Spain. Along the coast of Valencia, there are plenty of sandy and shallow water beaches, perfect for a swim. One of the best Beaches in Valencia, La Malvarrosa Malvarrosa Beach

This urban beach, located in the north of the Valencia harbor, is perfect for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the wonderful touristic, culinary and leisure environment. Take a walk around the Malvarrosa promenade, and discover a culinary world where you can enjoy typical flavors such as paella or fideuá

Walking through its almost 2km becomes a unique experience, especially at sunset. During high season, it might be hard to set your beach towel on the sand, so you might have to get up early, and while you are at it, go experience the sunrise in one of the most beautiful Valencia Beaches. Malvarrosa is the ultimate Valencian beach.

Beaches in Albufera

El Saler Beach
This beach is the top of the Wildest Valencia’s Beaches list, with a pine line that separates the beach and makes it unique. Located next to the Albufera Natural Park, it stands out for its golden sand and sand dunes, protecting it from the wind.
This is the favorite beach for those who love water sports such as windsurf, or for those who choose to practice nudism. This 5 km sandy beach is the perfect place to find a hidden spot away from prying eyes. There’s also quite a few restaurants right next to the beach, and outstanding gastronomical venues can be found in El Saler.

La Devesa Beach
This is another wild beach in Valencia, which is also next to Albufera. Its incredible natural entourage will amaze any nature lover. One of the main activities in said beach is bird watching. In fact, there are different observatory points along the place.

La Garrofera Beach
This small but idyllic beach is the smallest of all Albufera. However, it has nothing to envy from its neighboring beaches as it has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful summer swim, with lifeguards and parking. If you are looking for peaceful relaxation away from everything, then this is your perfect beach.
Also, few meters away from the beach you will find several local restaurants serving paellas, fish and cocktails.

El Palma, the jewel of Albufera
This island is located right in the middle of Albufera, and is surrounded by vegetable gardens and rice fields, as well as canals, populated with plenty of fishermen and their vessels. Enjoy this scenery, where outstanding writers such as Blasco Ibáñez got inspiration from, and take a boat ride through the canals and walk around the streets. For many, the town of El Palmar is a museum in itself.
Discovering the Beaches of Valencia is discovering nature in its true splendor.
