Later on, guests have our restaurant, Tapería Yuste, cafeteria and tapas bar to enjoy regional specialties, such as jamón ibérico and Torta del Casar – a delicious local cheese.

The Yuste Taperia-Restaurante, a typical Spanish tapas restaurant and bar, is known as one of the warmest and friendliest places in town. The restaurant offers a view of Plaza San Juan through its large picture-windows. Sit back and enjoy some delicious tapas, accompanied by a bottle of fine wine, beneath the vaulted ceilings typical of the Extremaduran architecture common to this region.

Prepared fresh each morning, the hotel’s breakfast buffet ensures a balanced, healthy start to your day. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. Create your personalized vitamin packed juice, smoothie or milkshake in our Fresh Corner. Choose your favorite fruits, juices or toppings, place them in a container and give it to one of our waiters who will prepare it for you straightaway. You can also request hot dishes made to order. If you are an early riser or have to leave before the buffet opens, ask reception about the availability of an earlybird breakfast.

Bar La Cava is a great place to have a relaxing drink. It has huge picture windows fronting the outside, and a terrace for sitting al fresco.
You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the view – look across to the church and you’ll see the storks nesting – as the bar is open daily from mid morning till late at night.
As well as drinks, the bar also serves delicious tapas.
We loved everything about this hotel which is just off the main square in Caceres. A very good choice if you are visiting this historic city.
Excellent stopover venue while travelling through Spain. Great location in old part of town & reasonable parking close by. Lots of restaurants nearby although the hotel restaurant was very good. Super breakfast..
The NH Collection hotel in Caceres was a great launching pad from which to experience the Holy Week processions. Central to most of the activity, everything was within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and pastries was a good start to the day.
