Service is slow due to lack of staff and air-conditioning does not work. The Family Room was very good and large - ideal for a family. Very nice and clean hotel.
The room was very big, more than enough for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy! The breakfast was amazing! Location was convenient, close to the train station and to a tram/bus stop.
One of the best hotels I ever went to. I was here on several occasions and always the same high level.
