The hotel has 2 large meeting rooms, which hold between 10 and 250 people. Many businesses, including multinational corporations, use our rooms for their events as they’re elegantly decorated and come equipped with the latest technology.
During breaks, we’re happy to provide coffee and a charcuterie or cheese board. We can also serve cocktails and a meal in the restaurant.

When you host a special event at either of the two meeting rooms at the NH Ciudad Real, you have access to a wide range of equipment and services. Each of the rooms has facilities for private breakfasts, perfect for early morning business meetings. A full range of audio/visual equipment allows you to deliver a powerful presentation, training session or speaking engagement. The NH Ciudad Real offers other special services to its events guests, including transportation to the city center and airport, car and limousine services, photographers, translators and entertainment services. All special equipment and services must be arranged in advance of your event.
