Our catering team can create the ideal menu for whatever the function you are planning, whether a wedding, meeting, conference, exhibition, or private event.
We have 10 meeting rooms. These are fully equipped for every kind of business function, and can hold up to 140 people.
You’re free to decide on the room layout – we can provide U-shaped seating for a meeting, or theater-style seating for presentations.
One of our meeting spaces even has outdoor access, making it ideal for car presentations or roadshows.

Our meeting rooms are equipped with a full range of modern conference facilities, e.g. screens, beamers, flip charts, pin boards, meeting kits and Wi-Fi Internet access. The hotel will be glad to procure any additional equipment you may require, such as for conference calls or video conferences. We will be pleased to arrange shuttle service to the city center, the airport, the train station or corporate locations in Ingolstadt. We can also assist you in organizing special events, incentives, or free time activities–old-timer rallies, boat trips, nature reserve walks, or guided tours through the Audi Forum Ingolstadt, the Museum Mobile, or our historic city.
