This hotel was truly beautiful - lovely gardens, scenery and location. The hotel is conveniently next to a bus stop which helped when coming back and to to the airport. The hotel arranged a trip to Murano, which was great. The breakfast had a great choice and the room was lovely, authentic and clean. The location was perfect for us and i would highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel in nice and quiet neighborhood, close to area full of local restaurants and bars. I prefer it to the busy touristic area near San Marco. Very friendly and helpful stuff, good breakfast and beautiful big garden.
This hotel has so much charm! Such a warm welcome when we checked in. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast staff was great. The gentleman in the restaurant was awesome! Explained the menu and was very attentive. The gardens out back are beautiful. We loved strolling around and taking in the beauty. Very close to the water bus station so it’s easy to get to get around and explore. The best part of this hotel is it’s amazing staff!!!
Beautiful hotel with amazing garden. Rooms are amazing. However service and the breakfast need dramatic imprivements. The location of the hotel was also wonderful.
The hotel takes place in a quite area in the City. The hotel building is a beautiful Venetian Palazzo with a big green garden and private boat station (with 3 shift a day to Piazza di San Marco). The hotel is easily accessible by vaporetto from Piazzale di Rome and 10 minutes of walk to the Grand Canal. In general the hotel is clean and it has a nice équipement. The rooms have a elegant design. The air conditioner works very well. The breakfast is tasty with large choice of the local products.
If you're OK being off the beaten path, want a true Venetian experience of living amongst locals, and are OK using public transport or walking for 20-30 minutes to get to the main sites, this is the place for you. I again reiterate being agile and open to a more local feel, is important. garden facing room with a white marble bathroom was a GEM, we LOVED the light white color scheme of everything and our high ceilings. BEST ROOM LIGHTING SYSTEM WE HAVE SEEN IN OUR LIFE!!! To the point where we want to install similar lighting in our own home!! The lobby could use some... decluttering... it almost feels like their own decorations are covering up and intrusive to the actual Palazzo's gem of a structure... we'd personally rather look at cracked plaster that's hundreds of years old VS a modern painting on top of it... breakfast is truly delightful and a great bang for your buck. Staff is amazing- albeit a little slow during low season (took an hour to get water one night, forgot to give us water on another night, BUT when we needed an ice pack for a small injury that was IMMEDIATE!). The gardens are a spectacle in their own right!! Fabulous neighborhood for local feel and honestly- the best food we had was in the hotel neighborhood ! Ty made us feel like we were at home and the cleaning staff was really on top of it !
Die Hotelanlage befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil Venedigs, zu Fuß ist der Markusplatz in ungefähr 20 erreichbar. Die allgemeinen Flächen im Hotel sind wunderschön und teilweise sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im für Venedig ungewöhnlich großen Garten finden sich ein paar Liegen zum Entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet sehr großzügig. Beim Zimmerpreis hätte ich mir erwartet, dass die Terrasse vor unserem Zimmer gereinigt wird und das im Badezimmer die Aufhängung für den Brausekopf repariert worden wäre.
