•    Current offer is subject to availability and valid only in NH Collection New York Madison Avenue (the “Participating Hotel”) and includes up to 15% discount on accommodation. Discount applied to the best available rate at Participating Hotel in the promotion. Discounts may vary per date. Up to an additional 10% off the promotional rate for NH Rewards members will only be available on our website and via our Central Reservations Office. Gift points valid for bookings made only through the NH website or app between 01/10/2021 and 30/04/2022, for stays between 01/10/2021 and 15/05/2022. Points will be credited automatically to your account upon check-in so that you can use them when settling your bill for rates that allow payment by points, at hotels belonging to the NH Rewards programme. Points will be valid up to and including 31/05/2022; after that date they will expire, and you may no longer use them. Promotions with gift points cannot be accumulated. •    Current offer allows free cancellation until 48 hours before Arrival (“Free Cancellation Deadline”). If the cancellation is done once the Free Cancellation Deadline has elapsed, i.e. less than 48 hours before Arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of stay, and no cancellations, or modifications will be accepted. For avoidance of doubt arrival shall be considered at latest at 18:00 hours.
•    Children up to the age of 11 stay for free sharing a room with their parents. Maximum number of children allowed per room depends on the hotel and room type. A supplement will be applied for children 12 and older.
