Lovely hotel and great location. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Alberto on the front desk really helped wherever he could and arranged baggage storage and a taxi on the day we departed. Until our flight he treated us as his guest and was so helpful.
The hotel is very nice, but the difference was in the staff. From the reception to the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The daily treats are a really fantastic and delicious touch. The service in the restaurant made us feel at home. Thank you to Monica, Giuseppe, Angelo. And to all the hotel staff. They are the star of the hotel.
